If aquatic invasive species are found on or inside a watercraft, the owner or operator must provide the department with an accurate history as to where the watercraft has been during the last six months. Information shall include;

1. (1) All waterbody(s) in which the watercraft has been moored or operated;
2. (2) The length of time that the watercraft has been out of water;
3. (3) All locations where the watercraft has been stored; and
4. (4) If previously inspected, the agency and individual which conducted the inspection.
