All traps, nets, harnessed bait for raptors or other implements used to capture raptors shall be marked with the name and address of the user. Capture devices shall be attended at all times, except Swedish Goshawk traps which shall be checked every eight hours. Use of steel-jawed traps or jump traps are prohibited.
