Any person licensed for falconry in the State of Oregon must comply with both federal and state falconry regulations. This means that a licensed Oregon falconer must comply with 50 CFR §21.3 and §21.29 (as in effect July 2015) except where state regulations are more restrictive than federal regulations. The following sections of this division specify those more-restrictive state regulations.
