For the purpose of OAR 635, divisions 007 and 040:

1. (1) “Net Pens” means facilities constructed of floats and nets for the purpose of holding fish for propagation in open water areas of waterways.
2. (2) “Cage-Culture” means the use of enclosed containers suspended in the water column for the purpose of containing fish for propagation.
