1. (1) The hatchery operational plans listed in section (2) of this rule have been adopted by the Oregon Fish and Wildlife Commission on the dates specified and are incorporated here by reference. Copies are available from the office of the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife.

2. (2) The hatchery operational plans referenced in section (1) of this rule are for the following:

   1. (a) Anadromous, Inc., adopted January 19, 1990, as amended on April 17, 1991, by the Commission;
   2. (b) Oregon Pacific Salmon Ranch adopted September 19, 1990;
   3. (c) OreAqua, Inc., adopted March 6, 1991.
