(1) The purpose of Division 024 is to provide for management of sport fisheries in the Snake River Zone over which the State has jurisdiction.
(2) Division 024 incorporates by reference the most current version of the annual 2026 or 2027 Oregon Sport Fishing Regulations. Therefore, persons must consult the current annual Oregon Sport Fishing Regulations in addition to Division 011 and Division 024 to determine all applicable sport fishing requirements for the Snake River Zone.
