(1) The current annual Oregon Sport Fishing Regulations provide requirements for the Southeast Zone. However, additional regulations may be adopted in this rule from time to time and to the extent of any inconsistency, they supersede the current annual Oregon Sport Fishing Regulations.
(2) Effective upon filing, the angling regulations for Crystal Creek, Fourmile Creek, Fourmile Canal, Harriman Creek, Klamath Lake, Odessa Creek, Recreation Creek, Short Creek, and Thomason Creek are:
1. (a) catch-and-release for rainbow trout June 15 through October 31 and
2. (b) flies and artificial lures only for all species June 15 through October 31.
(3) All other permanent rules for the Southeast Zone, as stated in the current annual Oregon Sport Fishing Regulations, remain in effect.
