Effective May 30, 2026 through June 30, 2026, the Umatilla River from the Hwy 730 bridge near the mouth of the Umatilla River upstream to the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation (CTUIR) reservation boundary, and from the upper border of the reservation to the Umatilla headwaters, including all tributaries, is closed to the angling for and retention of spring Chinook salmon.
