1. (1) Except as specified in section (2) below, the following activities are prohibited within the Redfish Rocks marine protected areas:

   Take of any fish species.

2. (2) Notwithstanding the prohibitions in section (1) above, person(s) may:

   1. (a) Commercially or recreationally troll for and take salmon in fisheries otherwise authorized by Commission rule.
   2. (b) Commercially or recreationally take crab in fisheries otherwise authorized by Commission rule.
