It is unlawful to take any fish, shellfish, or marine invertebrates for personal use except as provided in these rules which include and incorporate the most current version of the annual 2026 or 2027 Oregon Sport Fishing Regulations by reference. However, additional regulations may be adopted in this rule division from time to time and to the extent of any inconsistency, they supersede the current annual Oregon Sport Fishing Regulations.
