Members of the uniformed services of the United States, as defined in ORS 497.006, may purchase resident documents by attesting to ownership of military identification showing the person is a member of the uniformed services stationed in Oregon. Members must also be able to provide the information upon request to the Department or law enforcement. Spouses and dependent children, as defined in ORS 497.006, are residents for licensing purposes. For exceptions reference OAR 635-060-0040 and OAR 065-0015.
