1. (1) St. Louis Ponds is that area of posted Department lands located in Sections 21, 22, 27, and 28, Township 5 South, Range 2 West of the Willamette Meridian in Marion County and containing 222 acres more or less.

2. (2) In the area described in section (1) of this rule it is unlawful to:

   1. (a) Access the area for any purpose between 9 pm and 6 am from April 1 through September 30, or between 7 pm and 6 am from October 1 through March 31.
   2. (b) Use any floating craft on any pond;
   3. (c) Swim or otherwise enter any pond;
   4. (d) Build open fires;
   5. (e) Discharge rifles and pistols;
   6. (f) Discharge shotguns except during open seasons between the beginning of pheasant season and the end of waterfowl season, or during dog trials authorized by Department permit;
   7. (g) Operate motor vehicles off established roads;
   8. (h) Violate the terms of any permit issued by the Department.
3. (3) No person shall possess or use any shot other than federally-approved nontoxic shot at any time.
4. (4) Trapping is prohibited.
