1. (1) This Division is organized into the following major finfish fishery sections:

   1. (a) Groundfish Section, including the following fisheries:

      1. (A) Trawl and Fixed Gear Groundfish Fisheries; and
      2. (B) Black Rockfish/Blue Rockfish/Nearshore Fishery

   2. (b) Coastal Pelagic Species and Smelt Species Section, including the following fisheries:

      1. (A) Sardine Fishery;
      2. (B) Inland Waters Herring Fishery;
      3. (C) Yaquina Bay Roe-Herring Fishery;
      4. (D) Pacific Ocean Herring Fishery;
      5. (E) Anchovy Fishery; and
      6. (F) Smelt Fishery.

   3. (c) Highly Migratory Species Section, including the following fisheries:

      Albacore Tuna Fishery.

   4. (d) Other Finfish Section, including the following fisheries:

      1. (A) Halibut Fishery;
      2. (B) Coastal Rivers Shad Fishery;
      3. (C) Hagfish Fishery;
      4. (D) Sturgeon Fishery;
      5. (E) Surfperch Fishery;
      6. (F) Minor Finfish Fisheries; and
      7. (G) Intertidal Animal Fishery.
2. (2) Administrative rules OAR 635-004-0205 through 635-004-0265 are general regulations, in addition to and not in lieu of regulations contained within the fishery sections listed in section (1) of this rule.
3. (3) Invertebrates and other marine animals not regulated in OAR chapter 635, division 004 are managed by regulations in division 005.
