- (1) When determining fees associated with the processing of requests for public records, the department will follow the statewide standardized fee-structure policy number 107-001-030 maintained by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services and adopted on Feb. 15, 2017.
- (2) All fees and charges must be paid before public records will be made available for inspection or copies provided.
