Significant Wetland Types

Effective Jan 1, 1997ORS 527.710 | Statutes/Other Implemented: ORS 527.715Department of Forestry

The following wetland types are determined by the Board to be significant:

(1) Wetlands that are larger than eight acres;
(2) Estuaries;
(3) Bogs; and
(4) Important springs in eastern Oregon.
