The following words and phrases, when used in this division shall mean the following unless the context otherwise requires:

1. (1) “Board” means the Board of Forestry of the State of Oregon.
2. (2) “Chairperson or Chairman” means the Chairperson of the Board.
3. (3) “Committee” means a committee of the Board.
4. (4) “Secretary” means the State Forester.
