Option to Post the Cost per Gallon of the CFP.

1. (1) Posting the cost per gallon of the CFP at a gas station is optional.

2. (2) If the owner or operator of a gas station posts the cost per gallon of the CFP at a gas station then the owner or operator must post;

   1. (a) the cost per gallon of the CFP, as published on ODEQ’s website and as updated by ODEQ no later than April 15thof each year; and
   2. (b) the concurrent total greenhouse gas reduction attributable to the CFP, as published on ODEQ’s website and as updated by ODEQ no later than April 15thof each year.
3. (4) ODA shall furnish the formula, the cost per gallon of the CFP, and the total greenhouse gas reduction attributable to the CFP to gas station owners or operators who wish to post this material at their respective gas stations, upon written request from such owners or operators.
