1. (1) The Bargaining Council may engage in price negotiations for the minimum price for production contracted seed of annual ryegrass, perennial ryegrass, and tall fescue seed kinds. The Bargaining Council may negotiate this price for certified seed production, non-certified seed production, or both.
2. (2) An established price for non-certified production of annual ryegrass, perennial ryegrass, or tall fescue seed kinds shall apply to seed lots that otherwise meet the standards for certified seed production for purity and germination.  An established price for non-certified production of annual ryegrass and perennial ryegrass seed lots shall apply to seed lots that otherwise meet the standards for certified seed production standards for ploidy.
