For the purpose of enforcing ORS 633.045 (6) the Department adopts the following good manufacturing practices:

1. (1) The regulations prescribing good manufacturing practices for type B and Type C medicated feeds as published in the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 21, Part 225, Section 225.1-225.202 effective as of the date these rules are promulgated.
2. (2) The regulations prescribing good manufacturing practices for Type A Medicated Articles as published in the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 21, Part 226, Sections 226.1-226.115 effective as of the date these rules are promulgated.
