1. (1) It is prohibited to apply any product containing dinotefuran, imidacloprid, thiamethoxam, or clothianidin, regardless of application method, to linden trees, basswood trees or other Tilia species.

2. (2) Failure to comply with section (1) above may result in one or more of the following actions:

   1. (a) Revocation, suspension or refusal to issue or renew the license or certification of an applicant, licensee or certificate holder;
   2. (b) Imposition of a civil penalty;
   3. (c) Any other enforcement action authorized under any law.
