- (1) Active Warrants.
- (2) Restraining Orders.
- (3) Sex Offender Registration.
- (4) Any Felony Conviction.
- (5) Any Sex Offense Conviction.
- (6) Any Controlled Substance Conviction within the past five years.
- (7) Any Violent Crimes against Persons within the past ten years.
