1. (1) Not less than ten days prior to the hearing date, the educator and the Commission staff will disclose to one another in writing the following information:

   1. (a) The name, address and telephone number of each person that the disclosing party may call as a witness at the hearing; and
   2. (b) A copy of all documents that the disclosing party may introduce as evidence at the hearing.
2. (2) For good cause shown, the Executive Director may modify the disclosure requirements under section (1) of this rule.
3. (3) The hearing officer at the hearing may refuse to accept testimony or evidence that has not been disclosed in compliance with this rule.
