1. (1) When the student is no longer considered a student with a disability pre-employment transition services shall cease. This includes a student who:

   1. (a) Has reached the age of 22; or,
   2. (b) Has aged out of secondary services without enrolling in a training or post-secondary education program.
2. (2) Program transition services may not be provided for a youth who is older than 24 years of age.
