Or. Admin. R. 581-026-0200 – Financial Management System

(1) A charter school applicant or tribal applicant must include a description of a financial management system within the proposal submitted to the local school district board or the State Board of Education.
(2) A public charter school must have in place a financial management system at the time the school begins operation.
(3) A financial system used by a public charter school must include a budget and accounting system that:
1. (a) Is compatible with the budget and accounting system of the sponsor of the school;
2. (b) Complies with the requirements of the uniform budget and accounting system adopted by the State Board of Education under OAR 581-023-0035.
