The purpose of the competitive Oregon Farm-to-School grant for reimbursement of Oregon Foods is to encourage and sustain successful efforts by eligible entities to purchase or promote foods that were:

1. (1) Produced in the State of Oregon;
2. (2) More than minimally processed in the State of Oregon; or
3. (3) Both produced and processed in the State of Oregon.
