Or. Admin. R. 581-017-0687 – American Indian/Alaska Native Student Success Plan Grant Program: Funding

(1) Applicants must submit a detailed budget that explains how Grant funds will be used.
(2) Administrative costs, which include indirect costs, will be allowed as a percentage of the Grant funds disbursed as follows:
1. (a) Up to five percent for school districts, early learning hubs, or post-secondary institutions of education;
2. (b) Up to fifteen percent for Community-Based Organizations, Culturally Specific organizations, or providers of early learning services;
3. (c) For Tribes, up to fifteen percent or the Tribe’s federally recognized indirect rate, as provided in the grant agreement.
4. (d) Administrative costs for partnerships or consortiums will be allowed based on the lead entity’s organization type.
