Or. Admin. R. 581-017-0663 – Early Indicator and Intervention System: Eligibility

(1) The following entities shall be eligible to receive an Early Indicator and Intervention Systems Grant:
1. (a) School districts;
2. (b) Public charter schools;
3. (c) The Oregon School for the Deaf;
4. (d) Youth Correctional Education Programs;
5. (e) Juvenile Detention Educational Programs;
6. (f) Long Term Care and Treatment Educational Programs or
7. (g) Consortia of two or more eligible entities.
(2) An education service district may serve as fiscal agent for a consortia or eligible entity.
