Fiscal Agent for CTE and STEM Grants

The following entities shall be eligible to be the fiscal agent for the grants available under 581-017-0301 to 0333:

(1) School districts;
(2) Education service district (ESD) as defined in ORS 334.003;
(3) Public schools;
(4) Public charter schools;
(5) Community Colleges; and
(6) Public Universities.
