The Oregon School for the Deaf shall:

1. (1) Keep copies of operating policies, procedures, and rules adopted pursuant to ORS 332.107, and shall make such information available upon request;
2. (2) Use a process of management planning in the areas of staffing, instruction, and facility maintenance and construction;
3. (3) Maintain and make available upon request evidence of compliance with these standards; and
4. (4) Review and evaluate current policies and practices periodically in order to gain/maintain school accreditation.
