The following definitions apply to OAR 581-016-0520 through 581-016-0560, unless the context indicates otherwise:

1. (1) Board: The State Board of Education;
2. (2) OSD: The Oregon School for the Deaf;
3. (3) Superintendent: The State Superintendent of Public Instruction.
4. (4) IEP: An individualized education program as defined in OAR 581-015-2000(16).
