Optional Targets Administration & Reporting for Mental and Behavioral Health for the Student Investment Account

(1) Established optional targets are required to be included in an eligible applicants’ grant agreement and must adhere to the requirements for grant agreements pursuant to ORS 327.190.
(2)
(a)Optional targets must be reviewed at least annually by the eligible applicant.
(b) Optional targets, for which the data necessary to review are available only once a biennium, must be approved by ODE prior to a grant agreement being executed.
(3) Beginning in 2023, eligible applicants’ must report progress on optional targets as part of the annual report and must adhere to the requirements for annual reports pursuant to ORS 327.201.
