(1) The grant in aid allocation shall be determined as follows:
- (a) Available funds shall be distributed based on ADMw.
- (b) The maximum allocation a school district shall receive may not exceed $5,000,000.
- (c) The minimum allocation a school district shall receive may not fall below $500,000.
- (d) Grant in aid will be allocated for each year the district participates in the program.
(2)
- (a) The Department shall provide additional funds to each participating school district to support collaboration and coordination of the program at the district level.
- (b) The Department shall allocate collaboration and coordination funding to participating school districts only if there are available programmatic funds;
- (c) Each school district’s funding allocations for collaboration and coordination shall be based on a calculation determined by the Department;
- (d) Funds to support collaboration and coordination are in addition to the participating school district’s grant in aid allocation described in section OAR 581-003-0085(1);
- (e) Funds to support collaboration and coordination shall be provided and available for the duration of the school district’s participation in the program;
- (f) Unspent funds to support collaboration and coordination shall roll-over to the subsequent year;
- (g) The participating school district shall ensure that funds are spent in accordance with federal and state law as well as Department guidance to support collaboration and coordination; and
- (h) Funds to support collaboration and coordination are not required to be approved as a formal recommendation by the Student Success Team.
- (3) With the exception of the collaboration and coordination funds referenced in OAR 581-003-0085(2), all remaining funds shall be spent in accordance with recommendations from the Student Success Teams.
