1. (1) The purpose of the intensive coaching program is to assist school districts in progress toward meeting their performance growth targets.

2. (2) For the purpose of assisting school districts participating in the intensive coaching program, a Student Success Team shall be assembled in alignment with the needs of the school district as identified by:

   1. (a) The school district’s progress towards meeting performance growth targets;
   2. (b) Directed coaching outcomes;
   3. (c) Needs assessment data; and
   4. (d) Department-conducted district protocol.

3. (3)

   1. (a) The Student Success Team membership shall include, but is not limited to:

      1. (A) The ODE Point Person;
      2. (B) The District Point Person;
      3. (C) The district superintendent;
      4. (D) A school board member; and
      5. (E) A licensed staff or representative from recognized employee associations.

   2. (b) Additional membership on the Student Success Team may include:

      1. (A) School district staff;
      2. (B) Department staff;
      3. (C) Education service district staff;
      4. (D) Contractors;
      5. (E) Community members; and
      6. (F) Representatives from recognized employee associations.
