The Intensive Coaching Program

(1) School Districts will be required to participate in the Intensive Coaching Program when:
(a) The department has determined that the district has not met performance growth targets for two or more metrics for three or more consecutive years; or
(b) The school district has participated in Directed Coaching and did not meet performance growth targets as per OAR 581-003-0040 for two or more years.
(2) The Intensive Coaching Program will begin no later than July 1.
(3) The department will review additional data and context to determine the appropriate coaching support.
(4) Districts must participate in the Intensive Coaching Program for a minimum of two years.
