Directed Coaching

(1) Districts must accept directed coaching when the department has determined that the school district has not met performance growth targets for the same metric for two consecutive years.
(2) Directed coaching will begin no later than July 1.
(3) The department will review additional data and context to determine the appropriate coaching support.
(4) Districts must accept directed coaching for a minimum of two years.
