- (1) Each year, each school district that receives moneys from the State School Fund shall review the school district’s progress toward meeting the performance growth targets developed in accordance with the Education Accountability Act.
(2) Results of the school district’s review of progress made toward meeting performance growth targets must be:
- (a) Broken down by each metric;
- (b) Provided to the Department of Education no later than 60 days after the last validation window closes for all applicable data;
- (c) Made available at the main office of the school district and on the school district’s website; and
(d) Presented to the governing body of the school district at an open meeting, following:
- (A) Oral presentation of the results by an administrator of the school district to the governing body of the school district; and
- (B) Opportunity for the public to comment on the results at an open meeting.
