For school districts not identified in OAR 581-003-0001 (23)(a) and OAR 581-003-0001 (23)(c) the following Differentiated Metrics have been identified for the following:
(1)
- (a) Education Service District that has enrolled students for specialized services.
(b) Up to five metrics co-developed with the Oregon Department of Education that meet the following:
- (A) Be a measure of student performance outcomes;
- (B) Have at least two years of historic data with at least 10 students per year;
- (C) Be disaggregated by focal student groups;
- (D) Continue data collection using consistent definitions for the duration of the Performance Growth Target span;
- (E) Provide aggregate data for the metric to the Oregon Department of Education in annual reporting; and
- (F) Make available student level data to the Oregon Department of Education when requested.
(2) Approved Recovery Schools.
- (a) Attendance Rate;
- (b) Three years of the four-year graduation rate; and
- (c) Three years of the five-year graduation rate.
(3) The Youth Corrections Education Program.
- (a) Dropout rate;
- (b) Percentage of students who earned high school course credits in facility;
- (c) Percentage of students enrolled in their local school district within 90 days of exit from the program;
- (d) Five-year completion rate; and
- (e) K-12 regular attendance rate.
(4) The Juvenile Detention Education Program.
- (a) Dropout rate;
- (b) Percentage of students who earned high school course credits (in facility); and
- (c) Percentage of students enrolled in their local school district within 90 days of exit from the program.
(5) The Oregon School for the Deaf.
- (a) K-12 regular attendance rate;
- (b) 3 years combined 4-year graduation rate; and
- (c) 3 years combined 5-year completion rate.
(6) Eligible day treatment programs and eligible residential treatment programs for education services to children who are in treatment programs as described in ORS 343.961.
(a) Select two metrics from:
- (A) Dropout rate;
- (B) Percentage of students who earned high school course credits in facility;
- (C) Percentage of students enrolled in their local school district within 90 days of exit from the program;
- (D) Five-year completion rate;
- (E) K-12 regular attendance rate; or
- (F) K-2 regular attendance rate.
(b) And up to three metrics co-developed with the Oregon Department of Education that meet the following:
- (A) Be a measure of student performance outcomes;
