The State Library provides Government Information Services that pertain to the business of state government according to its Terms of Service for these recipients:

1. (1) State officials, including legislators;
2. (2) State employees;
3. (3) Former statewide-elected government officials;
4. (4) Contract employees and interns at the request of the state agency.
