1. (1) The State Librarian shall follow the procedures established by the Attorney General's Public Meetings and Records Manual, as amended from time to time, for providing notices of Board meetings. Unless the meeting is called exclusively for the purpose of holding an executive session as set forth in ORS 192.660, copies of the meeting notices shall be sent to organizations and individuals designated by the Board.

2. (2) A copy of the notice shall be sent to any organization or individual previously notifying the Chair or the State Librarian of interest in the subject matter to be considered at the meeting.
