1. (1) Totalizator companies providing service within the state of Oregon shall meet the following requirements:

   1. (a) Agreement to facility inspections and verification by the commission;
   2. (b) Agreement to testing of hardware and software as may be directed by the Oregon Racing Commission;
   3. (c) Agreement to provide information upon request by the commission.

2. (2) Totalizator companies providing service subject to ORS 462.062 and 462.725:

   1. (a) Shall make reimbursement to the commission for incurred expenses related to out-of-state regulatory visits; and
   2. (b) Provide a copy of the annual Type II SSAE report or an independent report completed within the previous 12 month period that is approved by the Oregon Racing Commission.
