1. (1) The announcer shall announce:

   1. (a) All program corrections;
   2. (b) All over weights;
   3. (c) All jockey changes;
   4. (d) All changes of equipment;
   5. (e) All scratches;
   6. (f) Each race;
   7. (g) Any other information as directed by the stewards.
2. (2) The announcer shall not announce the official winners of any race until the race has been declared “official” by the stewards.
