1. (1) To remove an individual from a benefit group (see OAR 461-110-0750), the following notices are used:

   1. (a) A continuing benefit decision notice (see OAR 461-001-0000) is used when the removal is based on information reported on the Periodic Report form.
   2. (b) A timely continuing benefit decision notice (see OAR 461-001-0000) is used when the removal is not based on the Periodic Report form.
2. (2) In the TANF program, if a child (see OAR 461-001-0000) is removed from the benefit group as a result of a court order or a voluntary placement in foster care by the child's caretaker relative (see OAR 461-001-0000), a basic decision notice (see OAR 461-001-0000) is used.
