In the OSIPM program:

1. (1) The Department may provide a monthly supplementary payment for an individual who meets the requirements of all of the following subsections:

   1. (a) The individual must receive SSI as his or her only source of countable (see OAR 461-001-0000) income.
   2. (b) The individual must receive home and community-based care (see OAR 461-001-0030) in-home services or State Plan Personal Care Services authorized under OAR chapter 411, division 034.
2. (2) An individual eligible under section (1) of this rule receives a $22 monthly payment. The payment is considered reimbursement for uncovered assistance needs.
