For a sponsored noncitizen:

1. (1) Deemed assets are the portion of the income and resources of an individual not in the financial group (see OAR 461-110-0530) used to determine eligibility and benefit level for a sponsored noncitizen who is a member of the financial group.
2. (2) To be eligible for benefits, a sponsored noncitizen must provide necessary information about each individual whose assets are deemed to the sponsored noncitizen who is a member of the financial group.
3. (3) To determine countable assets for deeming, use the policy for the program for which the financial group is applying.
