1. (1) This rule covers two types of plans for self support.

   1. (a) A plan for self support approved by the Social Security Administration.
   2. (b) A plan for self support approved by the Department (see OAR 461-135-0708).
2. (2) Assets listed in an approved plan for self support are excluded.
