1. (1) Each public agency, as defined in ORS 237.410, must pay to the Board an amount determined by the Board to be the public agency’s obligation for administrative expenses incurred by the Board in the administration of ORS 237.410 to 237.515.

2. (2) The Board will determine administrative expenses for a period of 12 calendar months beginning July 1 of each year and allocate the expenses to each public agency in proportion to the number of employees reported to the Board by the public agency. The Board will invoice each public agency for:

   1. (a) A minimum amount of $15.00; and
   2. (b) The public agency’s pro rata share of administrative expenses, to the extent that amount exceeds $15.00.
3. (3) Administrative expenses charged to a public agency must be paid to the Board no later than 30 days after the date the invoice is issued.
