To the extent that the following rules are applicable to the Workers’ Compensation Law (ORS chapter 656), the Board adopts by reference OAR 137-001-0005 through 137-001-0100 (Attorney General’s Model Rules for Rulemaking), as adopted by the Department of Justice effective January 1, 2008.
