1. (1) Wedges must be driven with a hammer or other suitable tool.
2. (2) Two wedges must be immediately available when falling trees over 15 inches DBH.

3. (3) Wedges must be used when falling trees that:

   1. (a) Are over 15 inches DBH.
   2. (b) Do not have a predictable lean.
