1. (1) Toilet and hand washing facilities must be provided by the employer when it is feasible for employees to use them.

2. (2) Where it is not feasible to use toilet and hand washing facilities, the employer must provide, at no cost to employees, suitable substitutes such as sanitary kits.

   NOTE: Sanitary kits would include moist towelettes and hand towels for hand washing.

3. (3) The employer must provide, at no cost to employees, potable water and the means to carry it.
