1. (1) The rules in division 7 establish occupational safety and health practices for all forest activity operations including but not limited to:

   1. (a) Chemical application;
   2. (b) Chipping;
   3. (c) Clearing and slash disposal;
   4. (d) Forest road construction, maintenance and decommissioning;
   5. (e) Log dumps, ponds, plantsite log yards and independent sort yards;
   6. (f) Log hauling;
   7. (g) Marking;
   8. (h) Prescribed fire;
   9. (i) Pulpwood and non-pulpwood logging;
   10. (j) Reforestation/vegetation management;
   11. (k) Stream restoration;
   12. (l) Timber cutting and thinning operations;
   13. (m) Timber cruising;
   14. (n) Tree climbing activities;
   15. (o) Wildland fire suppression.
2. (2) Any situation or condition not specifically addressed will be subject to other applicable provisions of the OARs, chapter 437, Oregon Occupational Safety and Health Standards.
